How long can we keep the cart?
Chai carts are available for up to 4 hours.

How long will the chai stay hot?
The provided burners keep the chai hot for about 6 hours.

How many cups does each dispenser serve?
Each dispenser serves approximately 50 cups.

What happens to leftover chai and biscuits after the event?
Any remaining food and beverages may be packed up and kept by the client with their own packing.

Will there be someone serving the chai?
The Austin Hi Chai Cart setups are self-serve.

What biscuits are included with the cart?
Biscuits and other food items vary based on availability. Special requests can be noted on the order form, and we will do our best to accommodate them. We guarantee 4–6 varieties.

How long does setup take?
Setup can take up to 2 hours, depending on the size of the event.

Are broken, damaged, or lost items covered by insurance?
No. Broken, damaged, or lost items are covered through the security deposit and/or charged on the invoice.

Do all products come with insurance?
No. Insurance must be purchased through us, or you must provide a copy of your own insurance coverage.

What does the insurance cover?
Insurance covers incidents at the event facility involving Austin HiChai items. It does not cover broken, damaged, or lost items.
